"Kim and the ladies are awesome. Al though doesn't have his clients best interest to protect them. I was informed my the ladies that my home was only protected with 81% coverage. When I ask why did that get changed because I never told them to lower my protection. He said, "It's not necessary a bad thing. As children move out, I'm okay with building a smaller house, less upkeep such as cleaning rooms". Who is he to make that decision for me and I'm sure my mortgage company wouldn't like that idea. Anytime we had anything to do our home issues, it was like pulling teeth. As for car insurance, they were great but not so much about homeowners insurance. As their slogan, "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there". Well that might be correct with the other agents but as for Al, It's a neighbor you don't want. I'm sorry for all the women though, you truly were great!"
